Spring Fling in Garden Valley

Saturday April 25Th is Spring Fling in Garden Valley, Idaho. The day is put together by the Garden Valley Chamber of Commerce and it is the merchants way to Kick off the spring season in Garden Valley, Idaho.
This is a very fun day with all kinds of neat Spring Fling activities to participate in.
There is a Cowboy Breakfast at the Longhorn in Downtown Crouch.
From 10a.m. to 4 p.m. there will be and Arts and Crafts Fair in the Community Hall. Many of the Chamber merchants will also have special booths set up around town so you can enjoy the outdoors strolling through Historic Downtown Crouch.
There is a Poker Run that you can register for at the Community Hall. There is a great list of Garden Valley merchants that contributed donations for prizes!
If you like 5K walk/runs you will love the one that Garden Valley Fitness has put together. you register at their location on the Middlefork road and you will walk the loop around around the park and end up back at the Longhorn. The Garden Valley Girls Scouts will be handing out water along the route.
There is an all day BBQ and Chili Cook off at the Longhorn.
And start the day early by helping the Garden Valley Girl Scouts pick up trash around town. They are meeting at 9 a.m. in downtown Crouch and from there we will all get a direction to go in search of trash!
For me the most exciting part of Spring Fling is that the 43 Degrees north Real Estate Office will be opening on April 25Th. If you are looking for Real Estate in Garden Valley you must come in and see our new office. I am very excited to be a part of the 43Degrees North Real Estate team as they have a new way of thinking and a new direction in which they are taking Real Estate. You can also get the latest information on the Southfork Landing development in the 43 Degree North office. Southfork Landing is a terrific edition to the Garden Valley area. There are miles of protected wide open spaces and Southfork of the Payette River frontage. Soon the beach should be done and a picnic area or two will be in place. There is a sled hill in the winter and soon to be a white water park in the summer. If you like to Fly Fish you will have to check out the ponds that are stocked for owners of this development to fly fish in.
